1. Order Processing Time

Once you place an order, our team begins preparing it with care.

  • Processing Time: 1โ€“3 business days
    This includes payment verification and careful preparation of your perfume decants.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within India.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
During checkout, shipping charges will be displayed before you confirm payment so you know exactly what you will pay.

  • A flat shipping charge of Rs. 80 applies to orders below โ‚น1000 (excluding COD charges, taxes, or discounts).
  • COD is available for orders starting from โ‚น1500.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations.

Occasionally, we may offer discounted or free shipping promotions โ€” details will be shared on the site or through communication channels when available.

4. Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • Approximately 3โ€“7 business days. (Excluding Public Holidays)

  • We use Delhivery, DTDC, and Bluedart For Delivery.

  • Courier partner may vary by location and availability, but all partners are selected to provide reliable and secure delivery.

Please note these are estimates provided by shipping partners and begin after the order has been processed, not from the time the order was placed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide:

  • A tracking number

  • The courier partner name

You can use this information to check your delivery status online.

Tracking details will be shared:

  • Via email

  • Via SMS/WhatsApp (if provided)

Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active.

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery-related issues, such as:

  • Delayed delivery beyond the expected timeframe

  • Incorrect address delivery

  • Damage during transit

Please contact us promptly with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you in resolving it.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or non-deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Missing recipient contact details

  • Inaccessible delivery locations

If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will inform you. Reshipment charges may apply.
